The United Way Loaned Executive Program
offers to companies an employee development program that
helps develop employees into highly motivated, self-starters
with exceptional leadership, communication, organization
and team-building skills. This program is also very beneficial
for retirees who want to stay active and give back to the
community. In this program, employees and retirees come to
United Way on a full or part-time basis during the campaign
to work with our supporting companies, help plan campaigns,
make presentations, and ask people to support United Way.
We help your employees to stretch themselves beyond their
comfort zones, improving their communication, organization,
and motivational skills.
This is ultimately a rewarding experience
for the loaned executive, which has transformed the lives
of many United Way LE’s. The LE programs are an investment
in your employees, your organization and your community that
