   How We Work

No single group can address the complex problems that matter most. That’s why United Way of Warren County works with local community and business leaders to:

  • Find solutions to address the community’s most pressing needs and generate the necessary resources to create lasting change
  • Bring together partners, including non-profit agencies, community groups, and volunteers, to help us implement solutions
  • Set goals and measure results every step of the way

All of this is done under the direction of Volunteers that live and work in Warren County. All funding decisions are made by Volunteers through our funds distribution . Our Board of Directors is setting the strategic direction of United Way. An example of the Boards commitment is our plans to survey the needs throughout the county, and to implement a plan to meet those needs to the best of our ability. Our volunteers are working hard to increase our local fundraising efforts so that more employees throughout Warren County have an opportunity to support United Way through our convenient payroll deduction pledge program.

Please consider getting involved.
