Welcome to United Way of Warren County's Loaned Executive Program
An Investment Opportunity with an Exceptional Return

Investing and participating in the Loaned Executive Program is an excellent investment for your company, for the "loaned" employee, for United Way of Warren County, and, most importantly, for the Warren County community. This investment is a commitment to what matters in Warren Countybuilding a stronger community by uniting individuals and institutions to create long-term sustainable solutions to issues that affect us all.

What Is the Loaned Executive Program?
Each year, local businesses, dedicated to making a difference in Warren County "loan" a corporate executive to United Way of Warren County during the Workplace Campaign.

Benefits to the Loaned Executive's Employer
The Loaned Executive Program allows companies to invest in their employee's growth while investing in the well-being of the community. Donating the time of their employees is a wonderful gift to the community that will repay itself many times over. Below are a just a few examples of the benefits that increase the value of their investment.

Participants in the Loaned Executive Program become one of United Way of Warren County's greatest resources during the campaign season. Loaned Executives assist in maximizing resources while minimizing overhead costs. They also serve in the following capacities.

• Help raise awareness of United Way of Warren County and pressing community issues.
• Engage colleagues in a dialogue about volunteerism, community issues, and personally making a difference in the community in which they live and work.
• Develop and implement company campaigns by working with top management and employee campaign coordinators.
